Labour Code State Rules — notification status by State
The Codes are central law, but nearly every operative figure — rates, spread-over, registers, forms and fees — is fixed by State Rules made under them. This register records, for each State and Union Territory, whether the Rules under the Code on Wages, the Industrial Relations Code, the Code on Social Security and the OSHWC Code have been notified, published in draft, confirmed absent, or not yet verified by us.
