The ruleनियम

The Compliance Map report is delivered instantly: payment is confirmed and the full report opens in the same moment. There is nothing to ship, nothing to wait for and nothing to return. Once it has opened, the price is not refundable. When money does come backधन कब वापस होता है

• Access was never granted. The payment succeeded but the report did not open and could not be opened afterwards. Refunded in full.पहुँच कभी नहीं मिली। भुगतान सफल हुआ पर रिपोर्ट न खुली और बाद में भी न खोली जा सकी। पूरी राशि वापस।
• A duplicate payment. The same report was paid for twice. The duplicate is refunded in full.दोहरा भुगतान। एक ही रिपोर्ट का दो बार भुगतान। दोहरी राशि पूरी वापस।
• An upgrade was overcharged. An upgrade should be charged at the difference only. If more than the difference was taken, the excess is refunded.अपग्रेड पर अधिक शुल्क। अपग्रेड केवल अंतर पर लिया जाना चाहिए। यदि अंतर से अधिक लिया गया, तो अतिरिक्त राशि वापस।

A refund is not available because the report turned out to say something you did not want it to say, or because you would rather have bought a different tier. How to askकैसे माँगें

Write to contact@shramkanoon.com from the address on the account, with the order or payment id from your receipt and one line on which of the four cases applies. How long it takesकितना समय लगता है

An approved refund is issued to the original payment method within five working days of approval. How long it then takes to appear is the bank's or card issuer's timeline, commonly five to ten working days, and is outside this site's control.स्वीकृत धनवापसी, स्वीकृति के पाँच कार्यदिवसों के भीतर मूल भुगतान माध्यम पर जारी की जाती है। उसके बाद दिखने में कितना समय लगेगा यह बैंक या कार्ड जारीकर्ता की समय-सीमा है, सामान्यतः पाँच से दस कार्यदिवस, और इस साइट के नियंत्रण से बाहर है।

Tax invoicesकर चालान

Where a tax invoice was issued for the payment, the refund is accompanied by a credit note against that invoice.जहाँ भुगतान हेतु कर चालान जारी हुआ हो, वहाँ धनवापसी के साथ उस चालान के विरुद्ध क्रेडिट नोट दिया जाता है।
